Has your email address changed since you last used our system?

You can always certify a new wildlife habitat even if you do not remember your account information. You only need to access your account if you want to do something with a finished or partially finished certification.

If you remember your password, Sign In with your old email and password. Update your email address on the My Account page.

If you can access the old email account, click the "Request a new password" link on the Sign In page. After you retrieve your new password in your email, log in to the Sign In page. Update your email address.

If you cannot remember your password, and you cannot access the old email account, contact info@nwf.org or call 1-800-822-9919 to have your new email address associated with your account. Customer Service hours are M-F, 8am - 8pm Eastern Time.
