You will need Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher to manage your volunteer profile. This download is free.

To Login:

Click here to open the hours logging tool in a new browser window.

1. Enter your username (this is a login name you choose on your volunteer profile - highlighted in red)
2. Enter your password (this is the password you choose on your volunteer profile. If you do not remember your password, you will need to re-set the password. The Volunteer Program team does not have the ability to look up your password for security reasons.) This will bring you to the Main Menu.

To Log in New Hours:

1. CLICK on REPORT MY SERVICE/FILL OUT A SURVEY
2. CLICK on the opportunity you are reporting hours for (If you do not see your opportunity, please email the volunteer program office)
3. ENTER your Start date and End date
4. ENTER the number of hours of service

Please complete all other fields displayed for specific opportunities

5. CLICK OK
6. CLICK CLOSE

To View Past Hours:

1. CLICK on VIEW MY LOG BOOK

You now have entered your log book where you can review your current logged hours.

2. CHANGE the data to view hours. DEFAULT is current day to current day. You will need to decrease the range of dates.

All hours recorded will be displayed
(Due to the system upgrade, all records are post dated.)

To edit profile:

Click on Edit Profile to change and update all personal contact information.
