Share Our Resources on Social Media

Help others get ready by sharing reliable voter resources on social media. Click to share any of these editable posts. You can also choose which social network you would like the message to appear on.
Talk to Your Neighbors
Encourage your friends and neighbors to register to vote, check their voter file for any issues, and make a plan to vote. It could be as simple as sharing a link to your state’s voter portal during personal discussions or on neighborhood chats before upcoming elections.
Everyone needs a solid plan in order to vote and talking it through in advance with a friend or neighbor can have a huge impact on turnout! Whether someone is planning to drop their ballot at a dropbox or vote in person early or on election day, make sure folks in your community all have a plan to vote!
You could also coordinate a voter drive in your community. The Rock the Vote organization offers a helpful toolkit and materials to help get you started on running a voter drive. The Fair Elections Center provides guides to make sure you are following the voter drive rules in your state.

Communities succeed when every person has an equal opportunity to make their voice heard. Let your Governor and representatives in Congress know that you support voters having safe, secure, and equitable access on election day.

It's vital that we help the younger generations understand the importance of participating in civic life, especially voting. Your ability to model what participation looks like and to answer their questions is the first step towards preparing them to become engaged citizens.
