WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. House of Representatives' bipartisan passage of the infrastructure package is an important investment in natural solutions that build resilience to a changing climate and benefit communities and wildlife across the country.
"The bipartisan infrastructure package is a win for wildlife and people, alike, with investments in restoration, resilience, infrastructure and natural climate solutions," said Collin O'Mara, president and CEO of the National Wildlife Federation. "Along with the Build Back Better Act, it will be the most significant investment in combatting the climate crisis and addressing the needs of communities. The House must swiftly build on this victory and vote on the Build Back Better Act."
