WASHINGTON, D.C. — Elizabeth Klein, the newly appointed director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) will bring essential experience and deep knowledge to the agency, which will play a critical role in implementing the Biden Administration’s offshore energy and conservation work.
